Job summary

CTCI SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks an Architectural Engineer to lead technical engineering for semiconductor Frontend FAB facilities. You will plan, design, coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces, review drawings and support handover for complex cleanroom environments.

Responsibilities include BIM coordination, site inspections, and ensuring compliance with process, safety and project requirements in a fast-paced FAB setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Interior Design.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in architectural engineering or semiconductor FAB projects.
• Hands-on experience in FAB, cleanroom, or high-tech facilities construction and site coordination.
• Experience reading architectural drawings, sections, details, and shop drawings.
• Familiarity with BIM, design coordination and clash detection is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architectural planning, design, and space allocation for FAB facilities.
• Plan cleanroom walls, ceilings, raised floors, airlocks and related spaces.
• Select materials suitable for FAB environments and ensure code compliance.
• Coordinate interfaces with Structural, HVAC, Electrical, Fire Protection and Process disciplines.
• Review drawings and prepare architectural documentation and vendor submittals.
• Participate in BIM model reviews and resolve clashes with other trades.
• Support construction methods, RFIs, changes, and site issues.
• Conduct site inspections to verify quality and conformance with drawings.
• Coordinate handover, punch lists, as-built documentation and client coordination.
