Job summary

A construction company in Singapore is seeking an experienced individual for the role of Architect. Responsibilities include overseeing architectural work scheduling, quality checks, and site supervision. The ideal candidate should have a relevant Diploma or Degree in Architectural/ Building Engineering, a minimum of 2 years' experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Project and AutoCAD. Experience with HDB BTO projects is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the same position.
• Experience in HDB BTO project will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control and documentation.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers and relevant authorities
• Any other duties as assigned
