Job summary

Responsibilities

• Responsible for architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, and documentation.
• Review Architectural drawings and identify discrepancies between M&E, structural, architectural and the client's provision.
• Responsible for on-site architectural matters and quality checks.
• Perform site supervision and coordination of architectural works.
• Ensure all materials used and performed are as per specifications.
• Preparation of reports as required.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers and relevant authorities.
