Job summary

Amico Technology International Pte Ltd on Loyang Drive is hiring an Architectural Coordinator with relevant design experience. The role involves multitasking across projects, leading a small team, and ensuring drawings and installations meet approvals.

Responsibilities include meetings with clients, coordinating with designers, checking shop drawings, obtaining approvals, tracking project status, and closing projects with as-built/defects follow-up.

Qualifications

• Experience in design coordination or architectural coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong communication with clients, designers and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Attend meetings and site walks with clients.
• Provide feedback to designers to amend drawings; check shop drawings before release.
• Obtain approval of shop drawings to start production.
• Update project status for QS/claims.
• Ensure installation follows approved drawings.
• Follow up for as-built/defects and project closure.

2. To update comments to designers to amend. To check shop drawing before sending out.

3. To obtain approval of shop drawings in order production to start.

4. Update project status for claims for QS

5. Ensure installation is base on approve drawings.

6. Follow up for As built / Defects works / OMM for project closure.
