Job summary

A leading construction company in Singapore is looking for an experienced Architect to prepare design and calculations, supervise site progress, and liaise with subcontractors. Candidates should have a Diploma or Degree in Architecture, be proficient in Autocad, BIM, and Microsoft Office, and possess strong communication and leadership skills. Relevant experience of at least 3 years is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare design, calculations and review architecture design drawings according to clients' specifications and requirements.
• Plan and supervise architectural work progress at site.
• Liaise closely with subcontractors on the progress of work.
• Coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and subcontractors on technical matters.
• Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with.
