Qualifications

• Proficiency in building & fire sprinkler plans submission to SCDF.
• Experience in drawing color code for BP/FP.
• Skilled in MV drawing for chill water & AHU types.
• Ability to create 3D perspectives and proposals based on client requests.

• Prepare and submit building & fire sprinkler proposals to SCDF.
• Create color codes for BP/FP drawings.
• Draft MV drawings for chill water and AHU types.
• Develop 3D visual layout proposals and present to clients.

Responsibilities

• Able to do building & fire sprinkler proposed & submission plan to SCDF.
• Knowledge of drawing colour code for BP/FP.
• Able to do MV drawing for chill water & AHU type including legends.
• Able to do 3D perspective/proposal based on customer request; VR360 3D visual layout an added advantage; do presentation/drafting & layout proposal to client from office/factory/retail shop/tuition centre/ballet school design layout concept to existing client.
• No need sales skill but drawing experience a must, especially for SCDF submission & preparation plan for QP to submit plans to obtain fire cert.
