Responsibilities:

• Coordinated architectural designs among all project parties for regulatory and specification compliance
• Managed design changes and secured approvals from BCA, URA, and SCDF
• Monitored design schedules and provided technical support to site teams
• Resolved design discrepancies during construction and facilitated coordination meetings

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture with 3 years of architectural coordination experience
• Familiar with Singapore building codes and authority submission procedures
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office; BIM knowledge a plus
• Strong communication and coordination skills; able to work independently in fast-paced environments
