Job summary

GENESIS RECRUITERS PTE. LTD. seeks a capable Project Administrator in Singapore to support daily operations, coordinate drawings and procurement, and ensure project quality.

You will work with the Project Manager, consultants and clients to prepare shop and as-built drawings while monitoring progress. Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years in Singapore building construction, proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp, and knowledge of MS Project or BIM tools.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architecture.
• 2–3 years of Singapore-based building construction experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp; knowledge of MS Project and Revit (BIM) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in monitoring and managing day-to-day operations of project.
• Check and study Tender/Construction Drawings, resolve discrepancies between drawings and project execution.
• Coordinate Material Procurement with Consultants and Users, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Attend and prepare reports of regular project meetings with clients and subcontractors.
• Carry out inspections to ensure works meet quality standards and conform to approved drawings and specs.
• Liaise with Consultants and sub-contractors to ensure timely execution of all project matters.
• Prepare and submit Shop drawings.
• Prepare and Submit As-built Drawings (OMM).
• Assist Quantity Surveyor for variation order items.
