Coordinate with sub-contractors, suppliers, consultants, clients, and local authorities to ensure smooth execution.

Monitor site progress, material deliveries, and defect management to ensure projects are completed on time.

Ensure architectural works comply with budget, quality standards, codes, and safety regulations.

Plan and maintain architectural work schedules based on the project’s rolling program.

Resolve technical issues or challenges encountered on site.

Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the Project Manager.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers.

Requirements
