Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain schedule programs for Architectural works.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors’ progress and quality.
• Liaise with suppliers and consultants for approvals, materials, and technical issues.
• Delegate tasks to workers and ensure smooth site operations.
• Attend project meetings and report progress to Project Manager.
• Assist Quantity Surveyor and Quality Team with claims, Conquas 21, and handover documentation.
• Ensure compliance with construction specifications, safety, and quality standards.
• Propose alternative materials or work methods when necessary.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Building, Construction, or related disciplines.
• 3 years of working experience in the construction industry.
• Experience in Additions & Alterations (A&A) works.
• Knowledge of construction and contractual procedures; familiar with design specifications and construction drawings.
