Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking a qualified Civil Engineer to manage project coordination and ensure compliance with architectural specifications. Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience, especially with LTA projects, and strong skills in 2D and 3D CAD drafting using Revit and AutoCAD. This position requires attending construction site meetings and modifying BIM drawings as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering (Building Management or Construction Management or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with LTA project experience preferred.
• Good knowledge in 2D and 3D CAD drafting using Revit and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with service contractors on project to ensure compliance with Architectural specifications.
• Check drawings and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare materials for submission checks with architects and service contractors.
• Attend to construction site coordination meetings.
• Modify existing BIM (Revit) and extract 2D drawings from BIM.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with service contractors on project to ensure compliance with Architectural specifications and achieve quality aspect of architectural works


• Check drawings and raise technical queries to resolve the discrepancies in between drawings and as well as those arisen during the project execution


• Prepare material for submission check and ensure of drawing according to design site coordinator with architect, client and service contractors


• Attend to construction site coordination meetings


• Modify existing BIM (Revit) and updating BIM and extract 2D drawing (AutoCad) from BIM for construction upon request


• Assist Design manager on the tasks assigned

Requirements
