Job summary

A leading construction company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Luxury Landed Home Developer to oversee architectural coordination for building projects. You will interact closely with subcontractors and project management teams while ensuring compliance with design plans. Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of experience in the construction field and are proficient in AutoCAD and Sketchup. This position offers an attractive salary between $4500 and $5000.

Qualifications

• Able to read and understand construction technical drawings, detailing & documentation.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the architectural coordination and installation process on construction sites.
• Coordinate with architectural subcontractors to ensure proper scheduling, communication, and execution of design plans.
• Develop and review architectural drawings, detailing, and technical documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all architectural-related issues on the construction site, working to resolve any disputes or challenges that may arise.
• Collaborate with project managers, project engineers, and management to ensure coordination and alignment of architectural plans with overall project goals.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with architectural specifications.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and records related to architectural coordination activities.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Architectural/Engineering/Construction or any other discipline related to Building Construction
• At least 5 years of experience in the building construction field
• Able to read and understand construction technical drawings, detailing & documentation
