A leading construction firm is seeking an Architectural Coordinator to oversee architectural works, ensuring that design intents are executed accurately on-site. This role involves coordinating with various teams and requires strong technical competencies, including architectural drawing review and project management skills. The selected candidate will ensure compliance with design specifications, conduct inspections, and facilitate communication among diverse stakeholders.
Job Summary (General Nature / Objectives of the Job):
The Architectural Coordinator oversees architectural works, ensuring design intent is accurately executed on-site. They coordinate between architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure that construction complies with design specifications, project timelines, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities and Activities:
• Coordinate and review architectural drawings and documents.
• Liaise with architects, consultants, and contractors for design clarifications.
• Ensure design changes are communicated and implemented on-site.
• Monitor construction progress to align with the architectural design.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve any architectural discrepancies.
• Support project management and provide technical input as required.

Formal Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Major Study/Specialist (Education):
• Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
Experience Required:
• 3-5 years of experience in construction coordination or architectural roles.
• Previous experience working on large-scale construction projects is an advantage..
• Must be able to show experience in construction administration, document production and design experience.
• Must be proficient in REVIT with experience in all Microsoft Office Suite programs required.
