Qualifications

Job description

We are hiring an experienced Architectural Coordinator to oversee the coordination and implementation of architectural elements across construction projects. In this position, you will manage design documentation, collaborate with key project stakeholders, and ensure construction activities are aligned with architectural standards and project specifications.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with subcontractors and relevant parties to ensure architectural works meet required specifications and quality benchmarks.
  • Review technical drawings, identify inconsistencies, and raise queries to resolve issues that may impact site execution.
  • Prepare and verify materials and drawings for submission, ensuring compliance with design intent.
  • Participate in regular site meetings to ensure alignment across all architectural-related activities.
  • Update and revise BIM models (Revit) and extract detailed 2D drawings (AutoCAD) as needed for construction use.
  • Support the Design Manager by handling delegated tasks and maintaining project documentation.
Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Management, or related discipline.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar architectural coordination role, with prior involvement in LTA projects preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in BIM software (Revit), CDA drafting tools such as AutoCAD.
  • Solid understanding of construction settings, technical specifications and drawings workflow sequencing across the various project stages.
