Responsibilities
- Assist the Architect in coordinating design details between clients, consultants, and contractors to align architectural designs with project requirements, regulations, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop architectural designs, schedules, and construction plans.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure progress is in line with project goals.
- Review project specifications, tender clarifications, and construction drawings to assist in contract and procurement management.
- Resolve on-site architectural issues, such as drawing discrepancies, method statements, and project correspondence.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction is aligned with approved architectural plans.
- Work with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to solve technical issues as they arise.
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of architectural drawings, shop drawings, mockups, and material samples, ensuring proper implementation and approval.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination, with experience in large-scale construction projects.
- Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and other relevant architectural software is preferred.
- Conquas Manager or Conquas Supervisor certitifed by BCA or SCAL.
