A reputable interior design firm in Singapore is seeking an Architectural Coordinator to manage client projects and ensure high standards of quality. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in Architecture or Interior Design and proficiency in design software like Photoshop and Autocad. Liaise with clients to understand their objectives and needs
Prepare, propose and present the designs and solutions to clients
Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs
Research on materials selections and perform products sourcing
Conduct on-site inspection and work closely with suppliers, contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality work is produced
Supervise work progress to ensure that projects are followed and completed within the schedule
Manage new and existing projects in achieving project goals and maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction
Conduct site surveys and prepare site reports
Requirements:
Proficient in Photoshop, Autocad, Sketch-Up, 3D Max, V-ray and Microsoft Office
Meticulous, self-motivated, pleasant work attitude, independent and a good team-player
Strong problem‑solving skills and a collaborative, proactive approach to work
Able to work under tight schedule and meet deadlines
Strong understanding of structural drawings, building regulations, construction processes and familiarity experience in architectural coordination role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with English and Chinese speaking clients, suppliers, contractors and subcontractors
Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related field
Preferred with Class 3 driving license
