Job summary

A construction firm in Singapore is seeking an Architect to support the Project Manager by coordinating architectural tasks, ensuring timely submissions of drawings and material samples. The ideal candidate will have a Degree/Diploma in Architecture and 2-3 years of experience in construction coordination. Strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of green mark documentation are advantageous.

• Collaborate with team members and subcontractors to address and resolve any project challenges.
• Manage scheduling of architectural works, material requisitioning, and project supervision.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all architectural aspects of the project.
• Work closely with Architects, Structural Engineers, and M\&E teams to identify and resolve any cross-disciplinary issues.
