Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

• Plan, co-ordinate & implement overall Architectural site works with Archi sub-con & other related trades to carry out work safely.
• Identify and resolve all Architectural problems that arise on-site.
• Assist PM & Site Manager to organize & deploy resource / material for the project, attend site matters & complaints related to project sites.
• Prepare & submit shop drawings, materials and necessary documents to consultant for approval.
• Coordinate with sub-con & solve technical problems.
• Review construction program and method statements.
• Prepare & attend RTO inspection, attend site meeting, monitor & supervise site Architecture works, liaise with consultants, etc.
• Adhere to safety practices in the workplace.
