Job summary

A construction firm in Singapore is looking for an individual to coordinate architectural works and supervise teams. The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma in Architectural/Building and have at least 5 years of experience in private residential projects. This role involves coordinating with various teams and conducting site inspections.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in private residential.

• Co-ordinate all architectural drawings and works.
• Supervise a team of NTS & PRC workers.
• Conduct site inspection and measurements.

Familiar with BCA Conquas/QM

• Co-ordinate with Architect, Structural & M & E staff member to resolve any related problems and issues.
• Co-ordinate with supplier & sub-con and to ensure the architectural workmanship standards.
• Supervise a team of NTS & PRC workers.
• Conduct site inspection & site measurements & etc.

Job Requirements
