Job Description

• Develop and manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) for architectural works using software like Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, M&E, and structural teams to ensure clash-free, coordinated BIM models.
• Prepare and update architectural BIM models and drawings throughout design and construction stages.
• Conduct model checks, clash detections, and coordination meetings with consultants and contractors.
• Assist in preparing BIM execution plans (BEP), shop drawings, and as-built documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local authorities’ requirements, codes, and project specifications.
• Support site and project teams in resolving design-related technical issues.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Building, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in architectural coordination and BIM modeling.
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM360.
• Good understanding of building construction and architectural detailing.
