Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architect or equivalent.
• 2 years of relevant working experience in Architectural coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend technical meetings/site meetings with consultants and provide technical solutions.
• Study drawings and coordinate architectural works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical/site issues.
• Ensure architectural works are carried out according to specifications/drawings.
• Inform the Project Director/Project Manager of any technical/site problems of architectural works.
• Supervise the progress of architectural works on-site.
• Coordinate sub-contractors architectural work and ensure the work is on schedule.
