Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare detail construction drawings, submission drawings and documentations
• Selection of materials and prepare of material boards for presentation to client
• Liaise with clients and consultants on project issues
• Submission works to consultants and the Authorities
• Manage Archi finishing works at site
• Other adhoc duties

Requirements

• Possess positive work attitude, good planning, organizing and problem solving skills.
• Good time management to see projects through to completion and in achieve on time completion
• Experience in construction scheduling, field supervision and quality control of construction projects
• Degree or Diploma or relevant qualification of certificates in architectural or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant local experience
• Good knowledge of Architectural specs and BCA quality requirements
• Experienced in residential landed projects shall be an advantage
