JOB SUMMARY:

The Architectural Associate supports project teams in design development, documentation and coordination across all project stages. The role participates in concept design, BIM modelling, technical detailing, client presentations and submission processes. As an entry-level architectural professional, the Architectural Associate develops foundational competencies in architectural practice while gaining exposure to built environment regulations and multidisciplinary coordination.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in preparing conceptual designs, diagrams, visualisations and presentation materials.
• Produce BIM and CAD drawings including plans, sections, elevations and architectural details.
• Support design development through research, studies, modelling and material exploration.
• Coordinate with consultants on structural, M&E, façade and landscape integration.
• Assist in preparing tender documents, technical drawings and construction packages.
• Support statutory submission processes including compiling documentation and responding to regulatory queries.
• Participate in site meetings, update drawings based on site conditions and track technical issues.
