Qualifications

• Possess a recognized Degree in Architecture or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the Site Architect for A&A works.
• Reporting to Project Director & Project Manager.
• Managing and supervising the Works.
• Overseeing architectural elements from inception to completion.
• Ensuring designs meet plans, specs, and quality standards.
• Coordinating activities with site team and project manager.
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders for clear communication.

Job description

• Basic: $5,000 to $7,500 + AWS, Bonus & Allowance
• A reputable Grade A1 main contractor with a strong track record in large-scale, complex building projects across both public and private sectors.
• 6 days (Can leave after 2pm on Sat, with no urgent tasks or deadlines to meet - possibly making it 5.5 days) (Managing one site - West)

• Site Architect for A&A works.
• Reports to Project Director & Project Manager
• Project Management & supervising the Works
• Oversee and manage architectural elements of construction projects from inception to completion
• Ensure that architectural designs are implemented according to plans, specifications, and quality standards
• Coordinate with project manager and site team to schedule and plan activities, ensuring timelines are adhered to
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of project requirements and expectations

Requirements

• Possess a recognized Degree in Architecture or equivalent
