We’re looking for a design-centric Architectural Designer to turn concepts into compelling visuals and buildable drawings—across guest rooms, lobbies, gallery and public spaces. You’ll produce high-quality renderings, space plans and shop drawings, and coordinate details that integrate art, FF&E and interior architecture.
What You’ll Do
- Develop space planning options and test-fits for hospitality and gallery environments.
- Create photorealistic renderings/animations for client presentations (mood boards, storyboards, material palettes).
- Produce detailed shop drawings and construction details for joinery, feature walls, display systems and art installations.
- Prepare coordinated drawing packages (plans, sections, elevations) and redlines; update per review comments.
- Build / manage 3D models and asset libraries; ensure version control and naming standards.
- Liaise with ID firms, architects, fabricators and suppliers to resolve technical details and coordinate site constraints.
- Assist with on-site measurements, mock-ups, samples and installation supervision when required.
- Contribute to tender documentation (BOQs, schedules, specifications) and presentation decks.
What You’ll Bring
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Architecture/Design or equivalent.
- Strong 3D + documentation skills: SketchUp/Rhino and AutoCAD are required; Enscape/V-Ray/Twinmotion/Lumion (or similar) for rendering.
- Proficiency in Adobe CC (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) for presentation and boards.
- Experience producing buildable shop drawings and joinery details.
- Good grasp of materials, lighting, spatial proportion and hospitality workflows.
- Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholder feedback.
- Portfolio demonstrating hospitality or public-space work (renderings + technical drawings).
Nice to Have
- Revit proficiency (BIM coordination) is a bonus.
- Experience with FF&E schedules, specification writing and tender documentation.
- Familiarity with Singapore codes/authority processes (not a submission role).
Why Join Us
- Work at the intersection of art and architecture, shaping distinctive hospitality and public spaces.
- Boutique, fast-moving environment with end-to-end exposure—from concept to installation.
- Opportunities to collaborate with renowned artists, curators, designers and hotel brands.
