Overview

Architect (Project-A&A)

Responsibilities

• Site Architect for A&A works.
• Reports to Project Director & Project Manager.
• Project Management & supervising the Works.
• Oversee and manage architectural elements of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure that architectural designs are implemented according to plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project manager and site team to schedule and plan activities, ensuring timelines are adhered to.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of project requirements and expectations.

Requirements

• Possess a recognized Degree in Architecture or equivalent with a minimum 3 years post-graduate experience.
• Degree shall be from accepted universities by BCA/PEB/BOA.
• Familiarity with CAD and Revit preferred.
