Job summary

A logistics company based in Singapore is seeking a professional to manage Accounts Receivables (AR) and oversee day-to-day operations. The role requires at least 3 years of experience in AR, with a strong ability to lead teams and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Candidates residing in the East are preferred. Qualifications

• At least 3 years of work experience in Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivables (AR) & Management Information System (MIS).
• Oversee day-to-day operations related to AR and MIS.
• Conduct monthly reviews of AR accounts with teams.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates of receipts into system.

Skills

Meticulous and handles transactional level work

Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Working knowledge of CargoWise

Good interpersonal skills

Education

Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Banking, Business or other quantitative fields

Tools

Excel (VBA, macros)
