Job summary

A leading utilities group in Singapore is looking for a Finance Operations Executive to handle billing, debt management, and month-end closing tasks. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, have at least 2 years of relevant experience, and demonstrate strong skills in Microsoft Excel and SAP Accounting Systems. This is a full-time role located in Kallang Sector with working hours from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Applicants specifically experienced in Accounts Receivable will be preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in Finance Operations.
• Experience with Accounts Receivable and Debt Management functions.
• Executive level experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute billing, receipting, and debt management tasks.
• Perform General Ledger reconciliations and prepare reports.
• Track outstanding debts and issue reminders.
