• Creation and Updating of SAP Customer Records.
• Issuance of Invoices and Credit Notes.
• Ensure Proper Documentation for Billing Procedures.
• Follow up with Internal and External Stakeholders Regarding Billing Issues.
• Prepare Management Reports for Relevant Stakeholders.
• Monitor and Follow Up on Outstanding Accounts Receivables.
• Manage and Clear the AR Generic Mailbox.
• Perform Any Ad-Hoc Tasks as Assigned.
