Job summary

A financial services company in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to manage and record AR transactions, prepare credit and debit notes, and monitor customer payments. Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles is essential.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Account Receivables or similar role would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle Account Receivable Accounts.
• Record and maintain accurate Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions.
• Prepare and issue Credit Note & Debit Note.
• Monitor customer payments and perform regular AR aging.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of AR Records.
• Support other accounting and administrative tasks when required.
