Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in accounting or related business.
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles and managing high volumes of data.

Responsibilities

• Process and issue invoices for school fees.
• Collect and deposit fees, and perform weekly bank reconciliations.
• Analyze revenue and costs, and review concession postings.
• Ensure compliance with FRS 115 revenue recognition standards.
• Review and post month-end revenue entries.
• Reconcile student numbers with class lists and admissions records.
• Monitor and follow up on payments from parents and companies.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and schedules.
• Support ad hoc activities such as GST filing, audits, budgeting.
