Job description

Our client is a Manufacturing MNC for Building Materials. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a AR Accounts Executive to be part of their Accounts Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.

Duties of AR Accounts Executive:

• Lead the AR team to ensure timely and accurate posting of customer payments.
• Monitor daily AR transactions, resolve discrepancies, and maintain a clean aging report.
• Review customer credit limits and payment terms, recommending updates when necessary.
• Approve blocked orders in line with credit policies and work with sales teams to resolve issues.
• Drive collection efforts for overdue invoices and escalated cases when required.
• Coordinate with external legal partners on long-outstanding debts and track case progress.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
• Prepare AR and credit reports (aging, DSO, collection updates) for management and audits.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting field
• 2–5 years of experience in AR operations and credit control.
• Proficienct in Microsoft Excel and SAP S/4HANA
