The Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT) seeks a Research Engineer/Research Fellow in Applied AI to advance industry-focused AI research across multiple domains including manufacturing, urban systems and healthcare. The role emphasizes collaboration with researchers, industry partners and internal teams to deliver impactful AI solutions.

Ideal candidates hold a CS/engineering degree with strong AI/ML expertise, hands-on experience with ML frameworks, and a track record of translating research

Qualificações

Bachelor's or Master's in CS/engineering with AI/ML research background.
Experience applying AI to real-world problems in industry or academia.
Strong foundation in probability, statistics and algorithms.

Responsabilidades

Collaborate with the centre head, PI and stakeholders to support or drive applied research and innovation outcomes.
Help translate industry requirements into proposals and project plans.
Work with the team to develop AI solutions and generate IP from internal grants.
