Responsibilities
- Perform run activities in line with internal processes, ensuring SLAs, priorities, and escalation protocols are followed.
- Provide operational technical support and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues.
- Manage incidents, service requests, changes, and problems effectively.
- Drive continuous service improvement through automation, monitoring, alerting, and process optimization.
- Contribute to complex operations such as DRP tests, migrations, and major maintenance.
- Promote DevOps practices and implement CICD pipelines to enhance delivery speed and reliability.
- Share knowledge across teams via documentation, training, and collaborative platforms.
- Coordinate major events and releases, ensuring thorough preparation, execution, and post‑checks.
Requirements
Experience & Technical Skills
- Minimum 3 years in production support, infrastructure, or development roles.
- Strong experience with UNIX environments and scripting (Python, PowerShell).
- Hands‑on experience with tools like Ansible, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with task schedulers (e.g., Control‑M) and observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus, Dynatrace).
- Understanding of CICD pipelines, ITIL, Agile, and Lean practices.
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
- Effective team player with good communication skills.
- Curiosity and openness to learning new technologies.
Education
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
