As a Director, Wealth Technology for Core Deposits and Payments in APAC and EMEA, you will lead a dynamic and geographically dispersed engineering team across multiple sites in Asia. This pivotal role demands a strong focus on engineering excellence and modernization, partnering closely with business and Operations stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions. The ideal candidate must possess deep familiarity with banking and payments processes and technologies. A key mandate will be driving the strategic adoption and integration of AI technologies to transform our core platforms, enhance client experiences, and optimize operational efficiencies across the regions.
This role will lead the Wealth Technology Deposits Core Deposits and Payments Team. The successful candidate will have deep experience leading global teams, managing third-party vendor contracts and domain expertise in Wealth Banking and Payments. Other key strengths include a proven ability to drive transformative change across multiple technology frameworks and stacks, and demonstrated partnership with Business and Operations stakeholders.
