Responsibilities
Overall Management of Technical Delivery including the Upstream and Downstream Interfacing Systems
Stakeholder Management
- Manage project Business and Technology stakeholders, e.g., escalation, expectation, conflict, scope changes, etc.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders
- Ensure teams work in a collaborative environment
Scope Management
- Manage all changes to the agreed scope of work
- Review and assess changes and impact to timeline & cost
- Ensure all changes are approved
Project Governance
- Coordinate preparation of project plan for ITC, reporting to Program Manager
- Secretary for PSC meetings, chair PWC meetings for their module/project
Risk and Issue Management
- Anticipate, capture and manage overall project-level risks and issues
- Track risk aging
- Own and drive resolution and escalate risks and issues in a timely manner
Implementation Management
- Prepare overall implementation plan taking inputs from all stakeholders including technology. business, operations and co-ordinate execution by respective application teams
Process Adherence
- Partner with stakeholders in ensuring System Development Methodology is followed
Project Reporting
- Measure, monitor and report progress to stakeholders
Requirements
- Degree in computer science or related professional/technical qualification will be advantageous although not mandatory
- At least 5 years’ Experience of multi-country Trade Finance / FSCM / Documentary Trade IT System rollout
- At least 10 years of experience in every stage of software development lifecycle. Relevant Technical & PM certification will be plus including knowledge of technologies like J2EE, Oracle, Unix, MQ etc.
- Experience in effective planning, execution, monitoring End-to-end technical activities and reporting to senior management
- Experience in managing Technology vendor and Business stakeholders from various ASEAN countries and have appreciation of local IT regulations
- Experience in communicating with technical stakeholders
- Highly effective communicating with technical stakeholders, proficient communicating with non-technical stakeholders
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Comfortable in 6-months engagement
