Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and support the full range of automation products we distribute
• Provide both pre‑sales and post‑sales technical/application support by analyzing customer needs and proposing appropriate solutions
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals, application notes, and solution‑based documentation
• Respond to customer queries and technical issues via email, phone, or onsite visits
• Conduct product training sessions and live product demonstrations for customers
• Collaborate with the sales team to maintain and strengthen customer relationships
• Use application knowledge to showcase how our solutions outperform competing products
• Interface with product principals to relay customer feedback and recommend enhancements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both customers and technology partners to ensure excellent service and continuous improvement

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Electronics / Electrical / Engineering / Industrial / Mechatronics
• No experience required – no experience candidates are welcome to apply
• Passion for automation, with creative and adaptive approaches
• Good communication skill and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively
• Training on products will be provided
• Knowledge in PLC, Control/Automation, IoT is an advantage
• Experience with PLC programmable logic controller programming, touch panel, control and automation
