Job description

Salary: Up to $7500
Location: Pioneer
Period: 1 year

• System Configuration and Management: Maintain and customise the Slate database, design and update application forms, incorporate validation checks on data entry, build automation rules, and manage portals for applicants and staff to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Support for CRM & Other Technologies: Can support CRM and other technological systems as required, including assisting with configuration, troubleshooting, and system implementation once the Slate setup is complete.
• Data Management: Oversee data imports, exports, cleansing, and ensure seamless integration with campus systems such as the Student Information System (SIS) and university payment gateway.
• Reporting and Analytics: Develop complex queries, dashboards, and scheduled reports to provide insights for decision-making and monitor key performance metrics.
• Communications and Events: Manage multi-channel communications, create personalised templates, and coordinate event communications and scheduling.
• User Support and Strategic Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions. Lead user training, develop documentation, stay current with platform updates, and troubleshoot technical issues as the primary support contact with Technolutions.
