Job description

Seeking for an experienced Application Support Analyst/Engineer to support and enhance the stability, performance, and scalability of our client's critical financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 support, troubleshoot complex issues, and participate in on-call rotations.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Automate manual tasks using scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.).
• Enhance system monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Collaborate with DevOps, infrastructure, and security teams to improve reliability.
• Support deployments and maintain documentation (runbooks, SOPs, etc.).

Requirements

• 3+ years in SRE or application support (good to have: financial services background).
• Solid scripting skills and experience with Microsoft .NET (C#) and SQL Server.
• Familiarity with securities, derivatives, and back-office processes.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or related field; ITIL certification a plus.
