A leading staffing agency in Singapore is looking for a System Engineer to manage issues, assist with system testing, and support system operations. The ideal candidate has a degree in relevant fields and at least 2 years of experience. This position offers a hybrid work model with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing issues raised in JIRA Service Desk (eg. issues management and reporting)
- Assist with system testings (eg. SIT/UAT) during Sprints and issues fixes
- Support system maintenance deployment during Sprint/fixes deployment
- Support system operations (eg. system monitoring etc)
- Involved in systems configuration process/projects/initiatives, contributing to defining technical specifications and configures test cases
- Conduct/facilitate user requirements analysis for implementation of technical integrations with external and internal systems
- Manage vendor technical support team for L1/L2 incident resolutions, bug fixes and system enhancements
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer, IT, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in system engineering.
- Proficient is system testing, maintenance and operations.
- Experience in technical support for L1/L2 incident resolutions, bug fixes and system enhancements
