The Opportunity

• Opportunity to work in MNC company
• 5 days' work week, Office Hours, Hybrid(3 Days Office, 2 Days Home)
• Working location: Changi

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for managing issues raised in JIRA Service Desk (eg. issues management and reporting)
2. Assist with system testings (eg. SIT/UAT) during Sprints and issues fixes
3. Support system maintenance deployment during Sprint/fixes deployment
4. Support system operations (eg. system monitoring etc)
5. Involved in systems configuration process/projects/initiatives, contributing to defining technical specifications and configures test cases
6. Conduct/facilitate user requirements analysis for implementation of technical integrations with external and internal systems
7. Manage vendor technical support team for L1/L2 incident resolutions, bug fixes and system enhancements

Requirements

1. Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer, IT, or related fields.
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in system engineering.
