Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with developers, IT, and operations teams for testing, integration, and performance tuning.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare performance reports.
  • Support business continuity and process improvement initiatives.
  • Provide on-call support for critical issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in application support or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of application architecture, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and troubleshooting tools.
  • Basic programming/scripting skills (e.g., .NET, JavaScript, Python, C#, C++).
  • Experience with REST APIs, web backend, and DevOps CI/CD is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and monitoring tools.
  • Familiarity with security and compliance standards.
