Job summary

A technology solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a Technical/Application Support professional to provide troubleshooting and support for applications. Responsibilities

  • Provide application troubleshooting and on-site support.
  • Log, escalate, and follow through with issues.
  • Simulate user problems to resolve operating difficulties.
  • Coordinate activities to identify, diagnose and rectify problems.
  • Support testing, installation, and deployment of applications.
  • Perform regular maintenance checks on the applications.
  • Support monitoring compliance to security measures.
  • Liaise with vendors and users on issues log and status.
  • Monitor application performance and logs.
  • Analyze application usage reports.
