Currently, we are looking for Application Support Analyst which would be based in Singapore.

Responsibilities and requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related Technology with minimum 3 years of experience
• Proficient in C#, NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET (Core), MVC, Web API, Entity Framework (Core), SQL and DB Objects, Control M, and Unix cmd/bash.
• Good knowledge of Cloud computing, e.g. Azure, AWS.
• Good knowledge of performance optimization.
• Good in documentation, preparing technical proposals, and conducting technical discussion.
• Experience in support triage, incident management, and problem management.
• Able to provide production support independently.

Good to have

• Experience in Informatica/Java/Python is advantageous.
• Experience in Datadog/log reading/Airflow/Openshift is advantageous.
