Job summary

ELION SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Application Security Engineer to drive development and operationalization of Malcode and CBOM capabilities, focusing on security assessment and remediation guidance to strengthen application security.

Responsibilities include enhancing detection capabilities, automating workflows, and integrating security tools to deliver actionable insights and risk-based remediation across enterprise applications in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Experience applying SAST, DAST, and SCA to identify vulnerabilities.
• Familiarity with SBOM/CBOM and software supply-chain security.
• Strong knowledge of secure SDLC practices.
• Ability to review source code and vulnerability findings.
• Proficiency in automation and scripting (Python, PowerShell, etc.).
• Ability to deliver security metrics and insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize Malcode and CBOM capabilities to strengthen security posture.
• Implement automation to improve workflows and reduce manual effort.
• Integrate security tools, repositories, and supporting platforms.
• Provide remediation guidance to application teams for secure development.
• Analyze findings for exploitability, severity, and business impact.
• Produce governance reports and support stakeholder engagements.
