Job summary

Mercedes-Benz Singapore is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Application Security Architect to drive secure-by-design across the SWT application landscape, collaborating with product teams, infrastructure specialists, cybersecurity experts and business stakeholders.

In this role you will define security standards, lead the secure SDLC, conduct architecture reviews, manage audits and risk assessments, and ensure governance aligns with global cybersecurity guidelines to enable agile

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• CISSP or CISM certifications would be an advantage.
• Experience in software development, cloud, SAP, cybersecurity or enterprise architecture.

Responsibilities

• Define application security architecture standards and maintain a living playbook.
• Drive secure SDLC strategy in partnership with Product Teams and Security leaders.
• Conduct architecture and design reviews for high-impact initiatives.
• Plan and implement security measures to protect data and systems.
• Monitor and report cybersecurity KPIs and compliance status.
• Serve as SPoC for audits relating to SWT applications and ensure proper documentation.
