About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Application Project Manager to oversee the delivery of application projects and enhancements. This role requires a strong combination of technical understanding, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
You will manage projects through their full lifecycle, from initiation to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives, adherence to budget and schedule, and compliance with IT governance, security, and SDLC standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver application projects and enhancements within defined scope, timeline, and budget.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, internal IT teams, vendors, and software architects to ensure smooth execution.
• Identify risks, track issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.
• Manage vendor deliverables, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Support multiple application systems and ensure operational continuity.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical deliverables while recommending improvements for performance and scalability.
• Oversee change requests, system enhancements, and adherence to IT governance frameworks.
• Demonstrate accountability, teamwork, and agility in a dynamic project environment.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience, with proven exposure to application delivery and project management.
• Solid understanding of the application development lifecycle (planning, design, build, test, deploy, sustain).
• Familiarity or hands-on experience with technologies such as React, Microsoft .NET (C#), Java, SQL, and Docker.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate across teams.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on solution delivery.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and driving projects independently.
• Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are advantageous.
