What will you do in this role?

You’ll be the driving force behind one of our most important initiatives: migrating enterprise applications to modern platforms. Here are the three core responsibilities you’ll own:

• Lead SharePoint Migration Projects : You’ll take full ownership of migrating on‑premise SharePoint environments to SharePoint Online or AWS. This means planning, coordinating, and executing migrations end‑to‑end—ensuring zero disruption to business operations.

• Manage and Mentor Your Team: You’ll guide a team of application support engineers and analysts, helping them grow while ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet SLAs and business priorities.

• Collaborate and Influence Across Stakeholders: You’ll be the primary point of contact for vendors, IT teams, and business leaders—building strong relationships and driving decisions that keep projects on track.

Required Skills and Experience

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• ITIL Foundation or higher certification.

• Government project experience is a plus.
