Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
• Perform preventive maintenance on server equipment.
• Provide troubleshooting and production support at customer sites.
• Coordinate with teams to address technical issues while ensuring project delivery.
