Job Scope

• Provide remote technical support for vision-based inspection systems, resolving customer issues within targets
• Design, execute and document in-house software evaluation and automated test plans
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation (application notes, troubleshooting manuals)
• Perform root-cause analysis of system faults and drive corrective actions to reduce repeat incidents.
• Collaborate with R&D on feature-enhancement requests based on customer feedback

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Application Engineer in Semicon Companies
