• Conduct on-site installations, training sessions, and troubleshooting for microscopy platforms
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to provide pre‑sales and post‑sales technical expertise

• Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Physics, or related discipline
• Training provided for those without experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with clients and internal teams
• Willingness to travel for client support and training (Minimum basis)
